The Wisconsin Dells are generally thought of as nirvana for the mini-golf and water-park set. Now, there is nothing wrong with being the capital of the Midwest mini-golf. I freaking LOVE mini-golf. But I will say, I saw a very different side of it when touring the Upper Dells.
